Using Gifs as Actors

in Working with GS (PC)

I have a gif that is already made (I got it from a free website) and I made it as an actor. However, when I pressed the play button to see how it would look in game, it is stuck on the first frame. So, how can I get the gif to play in-game? There was a discussion with a question similar to this, but it was for mac and it also mainly regarding the making of the gif itself.

    You need to take your GIF and split it into individual frames (using something like Photoshop or an online GIF-to-frames converter) - then import these frames into GameSalad and place them in an animate behaviour.

    Thank you, I separated the if into 10 images and they animated into the original gif in the game.
