Purchased pro licence through studica

Hi guys.

So I purchased pro licence through studica la the week and they confirmed that they sent an email to gamesalad department to further proceed the process.

It's been almost week and have not heard from gamesalad even after sending them two support email.

Any idea why it is taking so long?
