HI i am confused on what all I need to publish my apps I don't have gamesalad pro yet but I know i need that. Also I know I need to provision my app but I don't know ware to go to do that i would like to publish to the Web, Android, and Ios. I found this video but its kind of confusing

You need a mac and the respected developer license to publish to any iOS/osx platform. You will need GameSalad pro and an android developer license to publish to android (Mac not required)

@bjandthekatz‌ do you know how i could publish it via windows or do i need a mac.
i found this but it cost $20/month or higher is there something like it for cheaper..

That is what most people use. iOS and OS X publishing requires a mac, and a developer license ($99/yr)
