Publishing options

Hello, I'm following a tutorial to create an adhoc to my device (
), but when I try to publish my app, it automatically starts uploading it to the GameSalad Arcade. How can I get the option to publish the app to my ipad? (as in minute 3:29 of the tutorial)

This in an old version of GS. We now use the web publishing portal.
