Creating an excel-type sheet on GameSalad?

By any chance would anyone happen to know if it were possible on GameSalad to create an app that uses a Microsoft Excel-type mechanics where you can create new pages or brackets?

What I would like to do is create an app, where the user can write in the number of pages and the number of brackets in the create menu and be able to swipe left or right from page to page and scroll down from bracket to bracket. What do you think? Is it possible?

    For example, let's say a user chose to create 6 pages, with 10 brackets in each page. Is this functionality possible here on GameSalad?

    Not really. You would have to make an actor for each individual cell. I mean, It can probably be done but it's most likely gonna have some pretty bad performance issues.
