Marketing an app for free and app review exchanges?

Hello I have an app that is currently on android (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.maloose.rollingjoe) and will be up on IOS, windows, and amazon soon, but wanted to know if anyone had any good ideas to promote an app for free. I have read past discussions and besides such things as app review sites, and blogging...what are ways I could do it? Would anyone be willing to promote the app for me and earn a commission of 20% per download?

Also does anyone know any good app review exchange sites where you get reviews on your own app for reviewing other apps? Thanks guys :)
