i dont want to extend my gamesalad pro membership, help?

hey, i recieved an email from gamesalad saying that they are excited that i am going to extend my pro membership, i dont want to do this, is there any way to cancel?

also is there anyway to remove my bank debit card from my account?

I received the same email and I'm not due to renew for ages. I think it might be a mistake.
