RE: click tracking/user data Not in Gamesalad of course.
Besides...I think even the Native code APIs for Usage data are banned by Apple's user agreement. Apple apparently doesn't want spyware inside your apps.
However...if you are pro gamesalad... You can use a URL link to link to your own website then put tracking code within your website.
The easiest way we found was just some ad cards with a URL link below them to our personal website. Seems to be working okay as 25-30% of our web traffic is iPhone/iPod browsing....which leads me to believe they are linking through our about section since the referral count from iTunes is very low.
The apps I am referring to is our Connoisseur ( www.SpiritApps.com ) apps. These apps are native code but the about section could be easily duplicated in GameSalad (linking would require pro license though).

If you have in-house ads, it's possible to display advertisements in your games. For example, if you're in a city scene, you could make a TV screen or a billboard in the background. I tried doing something like this for my newest game (with an advertisement for the Photics: Toolbox) but it didn't look right. Perhaps I might do this with one of my games in the future. I don't have pro though, so no hyperlinks right now.
