Help with best score

So i set up a best score system where when the current score>best score then the best score will be changed to the current score. problem is the best score is being changed to the current score even if the current score is smaller than the best score. I thought it might be because i didn't set up a save attribute line so I set it up to save the attribute and I'm fairly sure I've done it right but it still replaces the best score no matter what the current score is. Anyone Have any ideas?

    We have over 50 free templates on DBA (see sig) many with save load scores.
