Ipad Resolution problems with iPhone game?
Okay so I just submitted my iPhone App to the App store and it was rejected because:
"Your app did not run at iPhone resolution when reviewed on iPad. While your app may be built for iPhone or iPod, it must still run on iPad, at iPhone resolution and at 2x iPhone 3GS resolution. "
What? My game works fine on the iPad, doesn't it? I ticked 'overscan'.
So I did an ad-hoc check with my iPad and - yes -there are black bars on all sides, even when in '2x' mode. But it appears that all iPhone apps do this on my iPad (I just downloaded some to check). So I assume this is not the problem.
Another (possibly related) issue is that the adverts appear to be the wrong size (they look too zoomed in). Could this be the why it was rejected? and how do I resolve it?
Thanks,
Garry
Edit: to clarify, the screen resolution for iPhone should be 480x320, right? my camera size is actually 568x320, but it's designed to work absolutely fine when overscanned to 480x320...

Okay, a quick update on this:
I queried Apple about the issue, and they then came back with a different issue, which I made a post about here:

Looks like it must have been a mistake on their end.
