This advertising isn't allowing on the forum. This thread will be closed, most likely.

Basically Braydon is going to be a tatal-tale

All I was doing was informing him of the new forum rules regarding advertising third party sites. Note, @ycan‌ -- you can still link to your site from your signature, but anything else is prohibited at this time.

technically he just said his website name, not the adress, the rules do not say "no saying a name that mite refer to your website"

Advertising of third-party services is not allowed on the forums (forums.gamesalad.com/discussion/68913/forum-rules-and-guidelines/p1):

Third-party sites may not be advertised on the forums except as follows:

Links are allowed within signatures provided that the links are to sites managed/owned by you. Selling of ad space in signatures is strictly prohibited.

And this right here is why we have what appear as such overbearing rules for the community. Because pretty much everyone knows the rule. It's been here for a long long time. Yet there's several crafty folks who just don't care and use the, "well the rules don't specify this very exact manor of advertising my site as being disallowed so I'm completely within the rules," approach at life. How about show some respect for the community and the rules we have in place? Is that such a horrible way to conduct yourselves? You wouldn't think so but hey I've been proven wrong time and time again when it comes to the decency if the human race.

@ycan I'm certainly not pointing fingers and saying you are the crafty type I'm gripping about. You most likely didn't know the rules as this is the first post I have ever seen like this from you.

    But now you know.

    Cheers
    Aaron
