APK not zip aligned error message on Google Play

in Working with GS (PC)

I am using Gamesalad windows Creator to sign the apk i download from the gamesalad site. I can test the game on my phone fine but I cant upload the signed apk to Google Play. Im begging to suspect that this is a bug of windows creator as I am 99% sure on my end. Thanks in advance
