Win 8.1 and Windows Phone 8.1 Universal Builds

Just out of shear curiosity, are there any plans to update to the windows 8.1 sdk for Gamesalad windows 8 apps?

I just saw the universal build template in visual studio 2013 and it reminded me that I should come here and ask that.
Windows Phone 8.1 and Windows 8.1 Store applications (can) now share code bases. I know that this would involve a significant rewrite to how Windows apps are made on the GS side of things, but thought it worth asking nonetheless.
