Keyword Localization Overlap?

If I localize keywords for a particular language, will my app rank across all app stores for that keyword?

For instance, let's say "dog" is one of my keywords and someone in the France app store searches "dog"..would my app show up? And how about if I create French keywords, would my app rank in the US store for those French words?
