Hamster Ball Movement

in Working with GS (Mac)

How can I make it so that I can :) move my actor as if it was a hamster ball

Like, if you move your mouse from near the bottom of screen to the top of the screen
while holding it down
it would make the hamster ball move and if you keep doing it the power gets stronger and stronger
and it roles forward

I know this is very confusing so thank you all for your answers
