Buttons and Hud Glitching

Hi Iam a new member and iam experiencing a really annoying problem with the game iam creating. My control arrow buttons are glitching when i preview the game. i have already put the four buttons to constrain there position while the background scrolls. but there seems to be a problem somewhere thats causing my buttons to glitch while moving every couple of seconds.

It basically has you put your HUD actors on a non-scrollable layer instead of constraining anything...
