Tap To Start Screen

Can someone please help me...

The thing i wan't to do is the same as the flappy bird game... The 'tap to start'. I want to make this so i can tap it and it will play the game,,, Does anyone know how i can do this... Thanks, Any help will be brilliant!, Thanks, Stephen. :)

    When touch is pressed (change scene). Or when touch is pressed change attribute start to true. When start is true (spawn pipes and make bird move)
