Android Viewer - Downloading screenshots...

I work on MacBook Pro with GameSalad version 0.11.0.13. My games I made universal for all devices iOS and Android.
To check my games I use iPhone 4S, Android tablet ver. 4.1.1 and LG smartphone ver.2.3.4. On this devices iOS Viewer and Android Viewer it works fine and I can see my game.
Recently I bought new Android smartphone RCA ver.4.1.1 with bigger display. I installed Android Viewer ver. 0.11.0.13.
I am trying to send my game to RCA smartphone thru Android Viewer but my device says: "Downloading screenshots..." and nothing happens. How do I fix it?
