Either you have no sound....
Or you have that error message appear
Or you're not going to the correct scene.
If its that error message - constant opening/closing of the GS viewer will throw up random error messages on the Windows version as its memory becomes bloated. You have to do restarts often if you start seeing errors.

Sorry my english i say when you add touch change escena the sound disappear and play button crash. i download o.10.4 and is working perfect with the same project code.

It could be a bug. Submit a ticket and stick with 10.4.1 for now
