Trying to figure out expressions and logic for my game, what is the most appropriate language to refer to for tips and a better understanding. Java? Action-script? C++?

    i am not a programmer but i think in every language the gamelogic is similar and the difference lies in the syntax. so i would take a book about gamelogic and not about syntax if i would want to learn more about how games are working...

    just my opinion... maybee a programmer can tell you more... anyone?
