do i need to create a campaign on rev mob? or isn't that necessary? I've already setup the media (my app) can put the app id from rev mob into game salad! what do i do from here? thanks>

Dont use it but with chartboost you need to set up a campaign, so i would think the same for rev

People are using RevMob successfully with game salad? I have tried it, but loading times where so high that the game seemed to be frozen. I ditched it in favour of iAd instead...

No you don't @McClean91 however when you register, it tricks you into thinking you do. Just skip past it after you have registered your app.

Yes you will. The campaign it try's to trick you into is a campaign to advertise your app. But yes you will get paid for the impressions/clicks you generate on your game.
The instructions are in the Game Salad cookbook and I doubt if it is a trick. I like to think a mistake.

@LumpApps I'm referring to signing up to revmob. Revmob don't have a cookbook.
