Stretch feature on nightly builds only

Is the stretch feature on nightly builds only? Can I publish with nightly builds? Any way to get the nightly builds without being a pro member?

I just published "Wboko Odyssey" and was able to use the stretch feature, but I am also a pro...

I also, used 11.13 and not the nightly build.
