Where to input Playhaven Token and Secret?

Hi!

Just tried to publish a game with PlayHaven Interstital Ads and I get this messages:

"You have selected PlayHaven as an ad provider without entering a valid App Token for this platform. Please enter a valid App Token in the PlayHaven Service tab."
"You have selected PlayHaven as an ad provider without entering a valid Secret for this platform. Please enter a valid Secret in the PlayHaven Service tab. "

However, when I go to Services -> PlayHaven, I only see the orientation options (see below). Nothing shows up after I click an orientation. Where to input the Token and Secret?
