Updating on Google Play

Hey - I'm trying to update my app on the Google play store, and after uploading my revised APK, it's giving me a message that the upload failed. It says that I've uploaded an APK signed with a different certificate than my previous APK. It says I must use the same certificate with the same fingerprint. I have no idea how to change the fingerprint or certificate, and can find no information at all on Gamesalad about revising/updating my published game.

I've emailed Gamesalad support twice, with no answer over a two week period. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated...

This is to do with your keystore. You are using the incorrect one. If you can't find or remember the original keystore for your app, you MUST create a new game.

As @jigglybean‌ has said this is down to your keystore. Have you changed your computer or formatted it? You need to locate your old keystore and copy it to your computer and use it to update your game. Other than that, the only other option is to re-release it.

Thank you, that helps. I know I lost it somehow when I updated to 10.5, but I thought I'd found it. Evidently not...
