Help!!! Preview Only Works Once?

in Working with GS (PC)

I'm a newcomer to GameSalad, and creating games as a whole. I've been working on an endless runner, and so far I've successfully made a white block jump acroos a few platforms when pressing the space bar. The problem is that the white block only jumps the first time I use preview--any other time I preview the game, the block doesn't jump. The rule involving the space bar is still active, so why is it only working once? Is this normal for the Windows version? Please help!

    Sometimes happens that you need to restart GameSalad. Once in preview, klick once in the game before using controls. Otherwise they won't be active.
