Invalid Taxpayer ID and Music vs. SFX

Hello!

Two Questions :smile: --

I have been stuck for a few weeks on an "Invalid Taxpayer ID" message on the "Manage Monetization Services" tab from creator that leads to the tax info website (for implementing ads). I know that this is incorrect, because I have tried multiple (family) totally valid EIN and SSN that work for everything else -- all invalid. GameSalad has not responded to any support ticket email for over 2 weeks, and I cannot understand why this would be happening.

Secondly, on a totally different note, when I drag in a .m4a audio file from garageband (i also tried from iTunes) into creator, it automatically classifies it as a music file, even though this particular one is only 1 second long. GameSalad used to prompt me to choose, so I'm not sure what happened.
