I have two questions for you guys :
1 - How can I withdraw my money made with Chartboost , is it necessarily to be using paypal only ( no other choice in tax info )
2 - Where do you think is the best place to show ads in my game?
I have a menu scene and 4 levels ( noob,amateur,pro,worldclass) and a game over scene

It depends on the game & how often you want to show/annoy the player. On a multi level/scene game Id show it on scene change. If a single scene I'd put rules in to reset the game (with advert) every 3 or 4 plays. For example you wouldn't want a flappy/timberman type game to show an advert every go! But that just my 2 cents.
