I just lost my PRO Status (???!!!)

Hi guys,

I took a break from the Forums and came back a few days ago, but when I logged in today it says I'm no longer a Pro Member! My membership is supposed to last until the end of 2017! Anyone else having this issue? @ForumNinja‌

EDIT- It could be some kind of IP Address thing, because I relocated 3 weeks ago to another state (but even then it should still work since I'm using my same machines, right?)

    Looking at your status your not pro. Have you checked your expiry date in your account settings?

    Yeah, it says I'm a basic member though. I have all the emails from GS that welcome me as a Pro member. I got a ton of Pro from the 2 promotions GS did a short while back (the Amazon and Tizen store ones).

    Ah good idea @SlickZero‌, I just sent it. How long do you typically have to wait for a response from the GS Support Team (considering today is Friday)?

    You're still very much a PRO. Your pro membership runs through Nov. 2017. Likely just a glitch in the server somewhere but I've pinged @adent42 about it.
