Invalid Binary - Improper Advertising Identifier [IDFA] Usage

My App has status of Invalid Binary in iTunes Connect after uploading the binary. In an e-mail from the iTunes Store it says:

Improper Advertising Identifier [IDFA] Usage - Your app contains the Advertising Identifier [IDFA] API but you have not indicated its usage on the Prepare for Upload page in iTunes Connect.

There shouldn't be any advertising in the App as far as I know. I wonder if perhaps my Game Salad is not being recognized as Pro. In the Creator About box, License shows as Free. I have logged in to the Creator with my user. How can I get my Creator to be recognized as Pro?

Any suggestions?

    Okay, I see now that my Pro license has expired. Trying to renew membership but having payment problems on the website.
