pause game behavior problem

Pause game behavior only pauses the current scene, but does not change the scene that I have chosen. I looked at some video examples, did the same, but still the game just stops without changing the scene. What am I doing wrong?

Do you have an actor that un-pauses the game on the scene the you go to when it gets paused?
