How to spawn an actor with a table

I am fairly experienced with GameSalad but I found a problem that I can't find a solution to. There are four different actors that I want to spawn. Right now I have 4 different values that I have in my table that I want to use to spawn actors. I just don't know how to make the actor spawn when the corresponding table value is selected. Please Help
