Help with creating a Picture Book App with Page Flipping

I've been searching around and creating a picture book app with buttons pointing to the next page(scene) would be really easy, but I would like to create a picture book template that uses a page flipping feature. A person touches the side of the screen and scrolls there finger to the left and the page turns. Does anyone know how to create a page flipping feature in gamesalad and know where a side page flipping animation might exist?
I'm a children's librarian and after I have the template working I want my library kids to be able to make their art work into free storybook apps.

Could be done with an animation. Touch the corner and the animation would be a page turning over. Haven't seen it done in game salad but possible.
