Drag, aim, adjust power, release and launch in that direction.

Hey GS family!

Does anyone know of any tutorials on how I touch, drag ,aim, adjust power (release finger) and launch my actor In that direction?
Or can anyone tell me the best way to do this please?

More like Soccer stars... But now you've mentioned angry birds, maybe it's the same mechanics. Just with the actor not moving backwards first.
