Is there a reason why the project has to be sent back and forth to the GameSalad servers just to get compiled?
When your on limited/metered bandwidth its a nightmare to keep uploading and downloading the project as your testing each build.
Would it not be possible to make a version that compiles on the client?

In that case use the GS viewer to do the majority of your device testing instead (until its time to test IAP, game center etc - then do adhoc).
It's unlikely that there will ever be a local possibility to compile your GS app (cause that could theoretically lead to their source interpretation engine being reverse engineered)
