No real way to monetize on Android Apps

I wonder how I should monetize on android. My most recent app PewdiePug makes 200 downloads a day on iOS so I also moved it to android. And its just about to start there.
I removed the in-app since via google play there are no in-apps possible via game salad.
Also there are no banner ads for it.
So I used Chartboost start up apps since i don't have any other scenes.

But somehow no money is generated..

How I'm supposed to monetize on Android? ( 80% of all mobile users)

    @jigglybean Do you use it?Is it useful?

    If I set-up that way charboost ads,priority big ads,for short-term it is good thing but after that user always see boom beach ads or candy crush or clash of clans,he can download just one time after that he always skip ads.

    Am I right?

    From a game with 15k downloads and almost 4k active players, its yielded an eye dropping.......$52 since July 1. I will be changing the numbers around again to avoid what you just said @onelasttime because there's big peaks and drops some days. One day I made $7 from installs, the next, nada.
