make an actor follow the camera while rotating the scene?

Hi GS Forum
I in my newest GS project I have a scene constantly rotating but i want three actors in the scene not to rotate.
I have tried to make a separate layer for the three actors and then un check the scrollable check box, but they still rotate whith the rest of the scene.
Do you know what i shall do?
