Someone wants to buy my app & reskin it. what is the difference between single license & Unlimited license? I have been looking around for there meaning but could not find it.

    Single license as the user can use it to create one single game..
    Unlimited license enables the buyer to resell your app..

    That would depend on the specific wording of your agreement. Unlimited just gives him the right (presumably, IANAL) to resell it as many times as he wants, but if he gets to use your artwork/sfx/music is something you'd have to decide and agree on.

    Btw if your game is cool enough the someone is coping it then I'd like to see it.

    The game is what you call this days a beta/ idea. I am implementing this great ideas in small version of game. I am finding expert help to make game better/user friendly.
    Finding right partner to make it better is hard also learning how people license it.

    It means that he can resell it, though you can watermark your art and so ( that means he'll be able to sell the coding but not the graphics )
