Cant make an adhoc that Works!! NEED SOMEONE SMART!!

Hey guys, Im so frustrated
Ive made countless adhocs for android (very easy to do), but I keep running into problems with making them for iphone! So I have all the certificates,Identifiers,Devices, and Provisioning Profiles. I then hit publish on Gamesalad then it takes me to http://publish.gamesalad.com/, after that I hit the iphone tab (enter all the info) then hit generate, after that I hit download, then sign. Then it opens up the app signing setting, I select the ios provisioning profile (one called ADHOC with type Distribution). I hit next and all seems well.. I pick the folder its saved to (something odd tho the file has a no smoking symbol on it but without the cigaret). Then I go into my gmail I pick the file and when it uploads to gmail it only 2kb! Not 13mb which is what its supposed to be!
Whats happening?

Are you on Mac? You should be hitting sign not download. Why are you mailing it? You should be installing it on your device using Xcode or iTunes.
