Hello, I need some help for publishing and installing my app please

Hi there (and sorry for my english)
i am new here, i downloaded GS a few days ago, in order to learn to create games and apps. (And it is pretty cool ! :)

To begin, i tried to customize some template, and i used the SantaGO template by deepblueapps to create a game you would find on the arcade section, here :

One first problem is that my game works fine on my computer, but there in the arcade section we can't see the objects the baby have to catch. I don't understand why. Others things on the game are ok but the "gifts" have disappear...

The second problem is when i try to install the app on my iphone :
I generate the app for iphone, i put it in my itunes library, install the app on the iphone, but she would stay in "waiting mode", like not with all the colours but a bit "grey" ... and when i click on the icon, the name change for "installing..." but nothing happen...

Someone know how to fix this issues ?
