Animation Bug? Swapped Actor images Now Flash colors in background of image

Aloha,

Does anyone have a fix for this. I had a simple animation of an actor. I tightened the image up and when I add to images and then place it in replace of the actor and when I replace the three animations in it with similiar images just cleaned up.... they now are blinking different colors behind them

Any thoughts
