create a app similar to 'postr'

I am interested in making an app that creates a secondary lock screen like what the app 'postr' does, but have no clue in how to do it, for those who dont know the app it creates another screen that shows up after you unlock your original lock screen, and then you need to slide this button to access your phone, does anyone know how to do this??

This wouldn't be possible with GameSalad. Someone would have to unlock their phone and then launch your app and then unlock a custom lock screen within your app, which would defeat the purpose.
