New sdk... question?

Alright basically... I'll keep this short and sweet...well..hopefully haha....

Anyway.. I installed iphone os 4 beta 1 and it just expired yesterday so now I'm out an iPod until I can back it up and restore using os 4 beta 4...

I can't back up though until I have the new sdk (and I don't want to re-setup my iPod) though...

So heres my question... if I download and install Xcode 3.2.3 and iPhone SDK 4 beta 4 (Snow Leopard).... Will I still be able to publish apps? (and will they still be accepted by apple?)

    It just means you can't use a beta version of the SDK when you make your apps and have to use the latest, official, ready and tested version of the SDK. GameSalad uses the latter.
