How to make a scene scroll by dragging.

Hi there
I have now searched almost the entire World Wide Web (almost) and I haven't found any smart way (or any way at all actually) to make a couple of actors scroll down a scene only by dragging with one finger as in the "settings" on the iphone!?

Can anybody help me solving this problem?
