approved app update rejected because of screenshots that are already approved!

Anyone else had to deal with some reviewer being picky I have been trying to update an approved app and it has been almost 30 days. what did I change?

adversing codes first 3 rejecting was reviewer not waiting long enough for screen to load kept saying black screen

this was figured out with some other apps.

now the reason for the updated app rejection is

3.3: Apps with names, descriptions, or screenshots not relevant to the App content and functionality will be rejected

reviewer says screen shots get this these are the exact same approved screenshots they were not changed or altered at all

just another day dealing with grumpy reviewers could at least tell us there names.
