Bounce Problem Ball thinks its square?

I need help with this very simple idea. In my game I have a ball bouncing off of another ball. I can get the balls to bounce off of each other but… They act like they are square and not circular??? They seem to be hitting the transparent handle (When touching the actor in the scene you can move the actor with the "handle" the one with the 4 dots to resize the actor etc) I cannot find a way to make the balls hit the actual surface of the ball, it will some times bounce off of the corners of the handle that are nowhere near the ball surface.
Just a note: The balls are png file and transparent backgrounds, sizes Ball (1) 264px x 264px. Ball (2) 32 x 32 px

    Hi,

    Have you tried changing their collusion detection to circular?

    To do this, in the actor, go down to physics and change the collusion box to circle.

    Yes I have done that also and it continues to bounce off off the square. I have the ball set as Collidable under Tags/ Text. Could that be an issue?

    Seriously need help! This is holding me back from going forward in my game. I've look everywhere to find a solution but..nothing, any help would be appreciated.
