Converting pc files to mac files

Hello, I've been trying to convert my PC gamesalad files to mac files, and i downloaded the deep blue app converter, and it was able to convert some of the files but not all of them...
is there anything else i can do because i have a game i've been working on for months on the pc and i finally got a mac but now i Cant convert all that work over...HELP!!!

On your PC, file then export.

I tried that but it still will not open in my Mac....is there something that might have been corrupted in the orignal game? It works fine on the PC but i exported it and did that and nothing happend.,....what now?
