Publish with Stable Release 0.11.1.11 or 0.11.0.13

I'm near completion and have been using 0.11.0.13 and wanted to know which is better to publish with since im at the final stage of testing?

Upgrade to Stable Release 0.11.1.11 or stick with 0.11.0.13 also I'm not using any ads in the project.
