How do you install the adhoc to your device?

I have no idea what to do with the adhoc game on my desktop. How do I install it to my iPad?

Open iTunes at top of screen it says file click that and select add to library and locate your file and then it load into your apps. then you will have the option to install on your device in the apps list.

oh once you select install sync device then it installs.

I just keep XCode's Organizer window open. (XCode -> Window -> Organizer)

If my device is attached then I can just drag my adhoc file into my Applications folder of the device and viola.
