How to set up a score system? (Touch Rule)

Sorry if this was already answered I could'nt find what I was looking for (new aswell)

Basicly I want to set a rule to an actor (e.g a red button) that everytime you press it you earn one point using a custom font score system and is maxed to 999.
(So if you press the button twice you get 002, press it 4 more times it become 006, press it 7 more times it becomes 013 and so on till you hit a reset rule which I can do myself)

Main problem I have is I cant seem to set up a custom score system and have it linked to the touch rule for some reason.

Any kind of guide/help would be greatly appreciated!
