Problem with actor hero animation

Hello, i hope you can help me, i have a problem with my actor hero design: if my actor hero is walking and the legs are large i can´t save the animation in the same size of the actor hero because when he is walking the size of the actor hero is different of when he is stopped, and if the head of my actor hero is big and the feet are small when he jump at the edge of a platform looks like he is in the air,can you help me?

    Cannot understand the question. Can you post some screenshots of what you mean?
